Seeing Double

Carolina Herrera NYC shop window, 2014
I found the first print while doing some vintage textiles research.
The discovery happened to coincide with composing a post about the NYC segment of my 2014 road trip on my Patreon site*, where I am posting my travel journal v-e-r-y slowly. Otherwise, I wouldn't have caught it!
Did they both find the same vintage print independently?
It happened with Larry and me, it IS possible. [Will post about that later].

Wacky Print Wednesday: Stagecoach Melange

I found this recently in a box of prints I had culled from my friend Larry's collection:
Stagecoaches on torn scraps of French newspaper, floating in the black abyss and decorated with pretty flowers? Okaaaaay.

print design: good find

Isn't this print adorable?
It's on a vintage apron that I recently rediscovered. I had never really studied the print. I'm going to digitize it at work today. Borderline "work" appropriate.
