 Day 3 of "Blogging from A to Z" with my annual (going on eight years) challenge of drawing Fluevog Shoes and creating repeating patterns with them. Eventually, these designs wind up on Redbubble and Spoonflower.

I originally sketched this in 2017, my first year of sketching Fluevogs

My technique has changed a bit!
Then it was sketching with a brush marker,

Now, it's all digital - with the shoes sketched in Procreate.

Putting this one into repeat was a bear. I wanted to use the floral print as the background and all I had to work with was this boot-shaped floral thing (because I forgot how to mask a layer in Procreate):
