    1. I think I split the West Indies into their separate islands? If not, oops again! I also found a typo on a country name, and it's on a dark patch, therefore very visible. No one seems to have noticed yet. ARGH!

  2. So would you describe this stitching as Kantha My partner is into that and I love the idea of repairing clothes with Kantha patches...

    1. I think traditionally Kantha is stitched in parallel lines? (I could be wrong). This is way more free-form and French knots are deployed.
      I aim to do a better job in Round 2. (Frederique keeps catching places I've left off the map! She should be my copy editor!) The substrate cloth is WAY too lightweight. It's turning into a 3D monster around LA.
